Refund Policy

1) General Policy

We aim to provide the best AI automation services possible. Since our offerings are digital and service-based, all completed projects and delivered services are non-refundable.

2) Eligibility for Refunds

• If you are charged by mistake (duplicate payment, incorrect amount), you may request a full refund.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with services after agreed deliverables have been fulfilled.

3) Process

To request a refund, email support@lunivoai.com with your payment receipt and reason for request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
